About FANV

FANV is operated by FANV AI LLC, 30 N GOULD ST STE R, SHERIDAN WY 82801, United States. Contact support@fanv.ai for support, privacy requests or reports. These Terms govern your use of FANV's account, AI creation, customization and connected publishing services.

This version is dated 18 October 2026. That date is when this text takes effect. It is not a record that any account accepted it on an earlier day.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 and legally entitled to access the features you use. Provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure. Do not impersonate another person, evade account restrictions or circumvent usage limits. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account; tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

A checkbox or a date-of-birth declaration is not independent proof of age.

Inputs and commercial outputs

As between you and FANV AI LLC, you retain your rights in your Inputs. You may use, reproduce, modify, publish, distribute, display and monetize Outputs generated for you, including on Instagram and other social platforms, in advertising and in client work. To the extent FANV holds transferable rights in those Outputs, FANV assigns them to you; where such rights cannot be assigned but can be licensed, FANV grants you a worldwide, non-exclusive, perpetual, royalty-free license for those purposes. These rights survive ordinary subscription cancellation.

This permission is subject to applicable law and these Terms. It does not grant rights in another person's likeness, voice, trademarks or other third-party material, and it does not guarantee copyright protection, uniqueness or exclusivity. You are responsible for obtaining necessary permissions and complying with the destination platform's rules. Any feature-specific restriction will be disclosed before you use that feature.

You authorize FANV to process your Inputs and Outputs, and to send the information needed to the providers of the feature you request, in order to perform that feature. You must have the necessary rights and permissions to submit the material. The Privacy Notice explains personal-information processing. It is not a statement that every provider offers the same commercial permission.

Acceptable use and adult features

Models on FANV are fictional adults. You may use a reference to a real person only with that person's consent and the rights needed for that use. Adult features are limited to lawful depictions of fictional adults.

Do not create sexual depictions of actual people, sexual impersonations or non-consensual intimate content. Permission to use a reference image does not authorize a sexual deepfake. Never submit or generate sexual content involving minors or people presented as minors. Do not use the service for exploitation, threats, fraud, harassment, infringement or evasion of safeguards. Obtain the necessary authorization for voice and likeness use.

Report suspected abuse or infringement to support@fanv.ai with enough information to identify the material and explain the concern. Do not send unnecessary sensitive documents. We may request information needed to assess a report. A report does not by itself establish that a violation occurred.

Purchases, credits and cancellation

Review the price, currency, billing interval, taxes where applicable, credit allowance and feature limits displayed before purchase. Recurring subscriptions renew for the disclosed period unless cancelled before renewal under the purchase conditions. Cancellation stops future renewal. Its effective date determines how long paid service continues. Cancellation does not itself erase your account or previously published content.

Plan credits and separately purchased credits may have different validity and renewal rules. The purchase information for the selected plan or pack governs those entitlements. Do not assume unused recurring credits accumulate indefinitely. A credit restoration for a failed generation is separate from a payment refund. Contact support about billing errors, disputed charges, failed services or refund requests.

Nothing in these Terms excludes mandatory consumer rights, statutory remedies or withdrawal rights where applicable. Any legally required acknowledgment concerning immediate performance or loss of a withdrawal right must be obtained separately at purchase. Accepting these Terms does not replace that acknowledgment.

Downloads after cancellation

You keep at least 30 days of download access after the paid service period ends. For immediate termination, that window starts when the termination is confirmed on our side. A confirmation that arrives later does not start the window on an earlier date and does not shorten the 30 days.

Download access does not include new generation credits. Contact support@fanv.ai if an eligible file is unavailable. The end of this window does not itself delete your files. A valid request to erase your information can require those files to be removed, and that request is separate from cancellation.

Connected platforms and AI limitations

Publishing occurs when you request it through a connected account. You must comply with the destination's rules. Disconnecting a platform does not remove posts already published there.

AI results may be inaccurate, resemble other results or be unsuitable for your intended use. Review results before relying on, distributing or publishing them. We do not guarantee uniqueness, exclusivity or that every output qualifies for copyright protection.

Enforcement, availability and responsibility

We may investigate credible abuse and restrict access where reasonably necessary to address unlawful activity, a material breach, security or a legal obligation. Where appropriate and legally permitted, we will explain the restriction and provide a way to seek review through support. You may stop using the service and request account closure. Cancellation, account closure and erasure of personal data are separate actions.

We aim to provide the purchased service. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or a particular creative result. Each party remains responsible as provided by applicable law. Nothing here excludes liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, or authorizes keeping payments contrary to mandatory rights.

Changes and disputes

A material change identifies a new version and effective date and is communicated appropriately. Where a new agreement is required, we ask for affirmative acceptance. An existing account is not evidence that you accepted a new version. The Privacy Notice informs you about processing. Acknowledging it is not consent to every processing activity.

Contact support@fanv.ai to seek a resolution of a dispute. These Terms do not require binding arbitration, waive class actions or deprive consumers of courts or mandatory protections available under applicable law. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
