Privacy Notice

Who is responsible

FANV AI LLC, 30 N GOULD ST STE R, SHERIDAN WY 82801, United States, is responsible for FANV's processing of personal information. Send privacy questions and requests to support@fanv.ai. Rubén handles these requests for FANV and is the only administrator with access to customer files.

This notice is dated 18 October 2026. Reading it, or being shown a link to it, does not mean you accepted the Terms and does not record consent for optional processing.

Information and purposes

Depending on your use, we process account identifiers and profile information, the birth date and nationality you submit, the plan you select and onboarding answers, prompts, uploaded and generated media, model-customization material, job status and errors, credit and payment-provider records, support conversations and connected publishing-account information. We use this information to authenticate accounts, deliver the features you request, manage purchases and credits, provide support, prevent abuse and comply with applicable obligations.

Age checks can process your IP address and a browser fingerprint derived from browser and device attributes. A fingerprint is not anonymous. An age declaration is not a guarantee of independent age verification. The service is for adults. Contact us if you believe a minor is using it or that prohibited material is present.

Payment processors handle payment information under their own arrangements. FANV receives the records needed to administer purchases, subscriptions and credits. Do not send payment credentials through support.

Providers and requested features

Supabase supports account authentication and database services. Backblaze B2 and, where used, Supabase Storage store uploaded and generated files. Those providers process the information needed for those services, including account records, content and technical metadata.

When you use an AI feature, the provider of that feature receives the inputs needed for it. Those inputs may include prompts, reference images, video, audio or selected model-customization material. Not every provider receives every type of information. AI support uses a separate route through DeepSeek and, if that route fails, OpenRouter. That route receives your support conversation and relevant account or recent-job context.

If you connect a publishing account and request publication, we send the selected content, captions and the account information needed to the connected platform and, where used, Post for Me. Published information is then available under the destination's settings and policies. Revoking a connection stops later authorized access. It does not itself remove posts that were already published.

Other processors that support requested features can include WaveSpeed, MuleRouter, RunPod, RunningHub, ElevenLabs, Resend, Fanvue and Meta or Instagram, depending on the feature you use. This list describes integrations present in the service. It is not a claim about each provider's contract, location or retention.

FANV's use of creative material

FANV AI LLC does not use your prompts, uploaded media, datasets or generated content to train general-purpose AI models or to advertise FANV. Material you submit for a model customization you requested is processed for that feature.

That commitment describes FANV's own use. It is not a promise that each provider makes the same commitment, and it is not a promise about how a provider stores or reuses material under that provider's own terms.

Access, analytics and international processing

Administration of the service, which Rubén performs, and service-provider operations can involve access to the information needed to provide, support or secure the service. A file link, and content you publish, may be accessible to someone who has the link or under the destination's access settings. A media link is not a guarantee of private-only access or of end-to-end encryption.

FANV uses account and session storage, an age-gate cookie that lasts 12 hours, and Vercel Analytics. Browser storage and network requests can involve technical information. Your browser may let you control stored data. Blocking storage the service needs to keep you signed in can affect login and other functions. The age-gate cookie is not a control panel for every analytics choice.

FANV is based in the United States. Providers may process information in other countries, including countries outside your place of residence. The country depends on the provider and the feature. This notice does not describe a transfer safeguard that has not been confirmed for FANV's own account with that provider.

Retention and requests

On 18 October 2026 FANV set these retention targets. After a valid erasure request, active personal data is targeted for removal within 30 days, unless a legal obligation requires a specific record to be kept. Backups are targeted for a maximum of 90 days after the corresponding active copy is deleted. Routine technical logs and age-check fingerprints are targeted for 30 days. Support conversations are targeted for 12 months after the case is closed.

These are targets. This notice does not state that every backup, log or provider copy has already been removed, and it does not state that an automatic deletion job is running. Deleting an item in the interface does not by itself remove every copy. Cancellation alone is not an erasure request and does not schedule deletion of your creative files. A documented legal need can require keeping a specific record after other data is removed. Starting an internal review does not extend the 30-day target, which is counted from the valid request.

You can contact support@fanv.ai to request access, correction, erasure or a copy of your information. Depending on applicable law, you may also request restriction, object to processing, withdraw consent where processing relies on consent, and complain to a competent authority. Withdrawal does not undo lawful processing that already happened. These requests do not depend on accepting a new version of the Terms. We may verify identity in proportion to the request before disclosing or changing account information, and we will explain an exception when one applies. Billing, tax and safety records can have their own legal retention periods; those periods are not chosen by this notice.

Updates

We identify a material update and its effective date and communicate it as appropriate. Showing this notice, or recording that it was shown, is not consent to optional processing.
