Delete your account and data

From Settings

1. Sign in to FANV.
2. Open Settings → Profile.
3. Type DELETE and choose Delete account and data.

That closes the account, stops future subscription charges, and deletes the profile and library stored with the account. Money already paid is not refunded. Billing and tax records we are required to keep stay. Backup copies can remain for up to 90 days. Posts already published on Instagram or another platform stay there until you delete them on that platform.

Eliminar la cuenta

Entra en FANV, abre Ajustes, pestaña Perfil, escribe DELETE y pulsa Eliminar cuenta y datos. Se cierra la cuenta, se paran los cobros futuros y se borra el perfil y la biblioteca. Lo ya pagado no se reembolsa. Los registros de facturación e impuestos que hay que conservar se quedan. Las copias de seguridad pueden durar hasta 90 días.
